Started 2019 by a husband-and-wife team out of their garage. Now a 1,200-sq-ft bakery and counter on Hawthorne. Same starter, same recipes.
Artisan bakery + breakfast counter on Hawthorne. Bread, croissants, and morning coffee — open before the sun is up.

Sourdough, country loaf, baguette. Out of the oven by 7am.
Croissants, kouign-amann, pain au chocolat. Until they sell out — usually by noon.
Egg sandwiches, toast, coffee. 6am–11am, six days a week.
Reserve loaves + pastry by Thursday for the weekend. Pickup window 8–11am.
