Hosting, edits, migration from Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy, an owner portal and search engine submissions are included in every plan. Pricing is a one-time build fee, then from $25/mo. Custom sites with an online store, customer accounts and an admin portal are priced per project.

5 business days from the day you tell us about your business to the day your site is live. Day 1 is a short discovery call, days 2 and 3 are design and build, day 4 is your review and revisions, day 5 is launch. The process page walks through each day.

No. We build the site first and you review it on a preview link. You pay the build fee when you approve the site to go live.

Log in to your owner portal and tell us what to change in plain English, or just email or text us. Edits are unlimited on every plan and you never pay per edit. We make the change and you see it live.

Yes. We connect the site to your existing domain at any registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Google Domains and others) and set up SSL. If you are moving from another platform, we handle the migration and keep your email working during the switch.

Online booking is included from the Basic plan up: Google Calendar sync, SMS confirmations, reschedule and cancel links. Simple is a website without online booking, for businesses that take customers by phone or in person.

Yes, as a custom site with an admin portal for products, orders, shipping, local pickup and customer accounts. It is scoped and priced per project: tell us what you sell on the get started page and we come back with a quote.

Log in to your portal, open Billing and cancel, or email hello@fivedaylaunch.com and we do it for you. No termination fee. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and there are no further charges.

The code is yours from day 1. You can ask for a copy of your site files (HTML and images) at any time and host them anywhere.

Every site ships with clean HTML, a sitemap and robots.txt, Open Graph tags for social sharing, a mobile-first responsive layout and schema.org structured data for your business type. At launch we submit the site to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools and push it through IndexNow. If you are migrating, we map your old URLs to the new ones with 301 redirects.

No. We review small business websites and sometimes build a free preview to show what is possible. If you are not interested, reply or use the unsubscribe link and we will not contact you again.

Those tools give you a template and leave the building to you. We do the building: content, design, booking, domain and launch, with a real person reviewing every page. You keep unlimited edits without learning an editor. The comparison page has the side-by-side.
