What we don't (yet) claim

Some things we could puff up but won't. Being honest about the gaps is part of the trust equation.

Zero fake customer counts. We publish a customer count only when it can be checked, and we are not there yet. What you can check today: the live customer sites on our work page, each one a real business you can visit. Case studies with named customers and measured outcomes are published only with the customer's written permission. If you see a competitor claiming "500 clients served" with no verifiable case studies, that's the exact pattern we're refusing to copy.

Specifically, we do not claim: a customer count, a "sites launched" tally, satisfaction metrics, average NPS, or awards. When those become real we'll publish them with sources.
