Per-bedroom pricing. Same 2-person crew every visit. 24-hr cancellation window, no contracts.
Baseboards, ceiling fans, inside cabinets, behind appliances. Required for first-time visits, then we maintain it.
Empty home full clean. Inside cabinets + drawers + appliances. Walkthrough with photos so you have proof for the deposit.
Fine dust on every surface, paint speckle, sticker residue. Specialized tools and HEPA vac filters.
Weekly or bi-weekly recurring. Trash, restrooms, common areas, vacuum + mop. After-hours by default.
Empty + scrub + restock. Mostly a sanity-saving favor.
