Real food. Real Undefineda Bakery.
A neighborhood built around honest cooking, local ingredients, and the kind of hospitality you remember.
The way Undefineda Bakery actually works.
Produce from farms within 60 miles. Menus shift with the season.
Stocks, sauces, dough — made in-house, never out of a bag.
Real plates of food. No fussy stacks, no foam, no theatre.
Designed for sharing — family-style or a quiet meal for two.
Built around doing the work right.
Undefineda Bakery started with one idea: cook the food we wanted to eat, source it from people we trust, and serve it the way our grandparents did — without ceremony.
Everything on the menu is made from scratch. Stocks reduce for days. Pasta is rolled in the morning. Bread comes out of the oven twice a day. When something is not in season, it does not go on the plate.
We are independent, locally owned, and not interested in being anything other than a really good neighborhood restaurant. Come hungry. Stay late. We will save you a seat.
See for yourself.
