Level 2 charger, 240V circuit, permit pulled. Compatible with Tesla, Ford, Rivian, all standard plugs.
Generac / Kohler install. Sized to your panel. Permit, gas line, transfer switch included.
GFCI, dedicated 20A, kitchen / garage / outdoor. Code-correct, inspected.
Trip-breaker hunt, flicker diagnosis, dead-outlet trace. You leave with a written cause + fix estimate.
Pre-sale electrical inspection. Written report, photos, recommended fixes prioritized.
