My dad started Bedrock in 2003 with one truck and a phone that rang at his kitchen table. He had a simple rule: tell the homeowner exactly what the job will cost before you start. Twenty-two years later that rule still runs the company.
We are eight licensed master plumbers and apprentices across Plano, Frisco, McKinney and surrounding. Most jobs are residential — drains, water heaters, leak repairs, fixture swaps. We do light commercial for property managers and small landlords too.
No commissions on parts. No "while we are here" upsells. If we cannot finish the job for the quoted price, we eat the difference. That is the deal.
