We started with a market stall, a bucket of sweet peas and a stubborn belief that flowers should look like they were just picked.
Petal & Stem Florals began in a corner of Celina with one rule we've never broken: buy from the growers we can shake hands with, and only ever sell what's actually in season. No cold-storage roses, no plastic-wrapped sameness.
Today we're a proper shop, but the way we work hasn't changed. Every arrangement is still cut, conditioned and tied by hand, usually by the same people who chose the stems at dawn.

I trained in a busy city floristry that churned out identical bouquets by the hundred. It paid the bills, but it wasn't flowers, not really. So I left, took a stall, and started buying from the farm down the lane.
What I care about is honesty in a bunch: stems that wilt a little, colors that don't match a Pantone chart, arrangements that feel gathered rather than manufactured. If that's your kind of flowers too, you're in the right shop.

We buy at dawn, choosing whatever's at its peak from growers within an hour of the shop.
Every stem is stripped, cut and rested in fresh water so it's at its strongest before we build.
We design to the flowers, not a formula, a loose, natural spiral tied off with silk ribbon.
Wrapped, watered and delivered across Celina the same day, or ready to collect from the shop.
The kettle's on and there's always something new in the buckets.
