Mockingbird Veterinary Hospital was founded on the idea that pet owners deserve plain-language explanations and honest care plans. We tell you what your pet needs. We tell you what they don't. We give you a written estimate before any treatment, and we don't push services for the sake of revenue.

Every visit starts with a real conversation — what's been going on, what you've noticed, what's worrying you. We'll explain the differential, what each test rules in or out, and what each option costs before we run anything. If you want to skip something, we'll tell you the real risk of doing so.

We're an independent, vet-owned practice (not a corporate chain). Our doctors stay for years, not months. About 70% of our new clients come from referrals — usually the next-door neighbor or a friend who watched us tell them their pet didn't need the work the last vet recommended.
