What to bring
A photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of any medications you are currently taking. If you are transferring from another practice, recent X-rays speed things up.
How long it takes
Plan for 60-90 minutes for your first visit. We will go through your medical history, take X-rays, and do a comprehensive exam.
What it costs
Most consultations are covered by insurance. Without insurance, the new patient exam + X-rays is $145. We will tell you about any treatment costs before we proceed.
