Brewed tea, not powder. Fruit, not syrup-of-mystery. Milk options that actually steam well. If we wouldn’t serve it to family, it’s off the board.
Northline Coffee Roasters started with one stubborn idea: that a great latte and a great cup of tea belong under the same roof, and nobody should have to choose.
It began with weekend experiments, a borrowed espresso machine, a bag of green beans, and friends who kept coming back for “just one more.” Turns out the neighborhood wanted the same thing we did.
So we found a sunny storefront in Frisco, painted it the color of a good afternoon, and started roasting in small batches. Every shot we pull is something we’d happily drink ourselves, twice.
Northline Coffee Roasters is still small, still a little obsessive about roast dates and pour temperatures, and still genuinely glad you walked in.
